The conference room Minerve has an exceptional location in Paris, right in the
heart of the famous Latin Quarter, very near of two universities, La Sorbonne
and Jussieu, two steps from Notre-Dame and the Seine. 
Two rooms are at your disposal, totally refurbished and
air conditioned: - Conference-room #1, main floor,
open on Rue des Ecoles, day light, free stone walls, Michel Ange style ceiling,
can welcome up to 25 persons.
- Conference-room #2, basement floor, vaulted
free stone room, antique furniture, Louis XIII style, can welcome up to 25 persons.
Equipment on demand: video recorder, tape recorder, retro-projector,
TV, etc. 
SERVICES - Renting for one hour, every kind
of meeting.
- Furniture : tables on U on demand, whiteboard, mineral waters
in bottles.
- Renting for one day, same services as above, breakfast on option,
snacks for 10 A.M and 4 P.M breaks (tea, coffee, chocolate, mini-croissants, cookies).
- Meals : outside restaurant or inside tray meals.
- Renting
for several days.
- Housing in the 3 star Hotel Minerve.
- 54 rooms
at your disposal, from 69 to 115 Euros, all equipped with shower or bath and toilet,
hairdryer, TV satellite.
- 10 rooms have balconies (some with a view of Notre
Dame Cathedral) furnished with tables and chairs, 2 others have their own private
patios. And some have stone walls and beamed cathedral ceilings.
- Breakfast
: 7 Euros.
- Meals : tray meals or various restaurants with various prices in
the surroundings.
